The Saint John Vianney College Seminary (SJV) at the University of St. Thomas is a four-year college seminary whose mission is to provide essential training for tomorrow’s Catholic priests. It is the largest college seminary in the United States, with over 400 of its alumni serving as ordained priests.
All of the young men at SJV are living the New Evangelization through:
- Service Projects
- Teaching Religious Education
- Participating in Campus Activities
The CSAF funds the room and board for men attending SJV from the Saint Paul and Minneapolis area. This represents approximately $10,000 a seminarian each year. In 2015, 30 men received this assistance – http://csafspm.org/whom-you-help/saint-john-vianney-college-seminary
